Bidding Information for the Christian Community Homes of Osceola Project.

The Osceola Nursing Home/Memory Center project is currently in the final stages of planning and should be out for bids in late summer/early fall of 2010.

Community Living Solutions (CLS) of Neenah, Wisconsin is the construction manager.

Sub-contractor inquiries are already coming in. Though it is still too early to begin the project bidding process, we hope to consider all qualified sub-contractors in that process.
